“I have an Overhead Door garage door at my house. I passed by OHD company church street times before and always kept them in mind if I ever had issues with mine. We’ll the day I feared finally happened; woke up one morning to find that one of my assist springs had broken meaning the door wouldn’t open.

I was worried about how much it would cost but it looked like it would be very difficult to replace and just the thought of anything dealing with the door scared me, so held off thinking it would cost about a thousand to fix.

When I finally got the guts to make the call, I spoke to Yvette. She asked me to send pictures and advised me not to try to open or lower the door with the broken spring. I sent her pictures and she was able to give me a quote.

I was relieved when I heard the prices, but the next biggest hurdle was my schedule as I work a late shift. When I explained the situation she offered to send a team at 7AM. I thought it would take so long to change the part that I would have to leave for work. Yvette assured me that they would arrive and be finished before I left for work.

These guys showed up at 7 and were literally finished in 15 minutes. I couldn’t believe how fast they knocked out that job, and how reasonable their prices were. After talking to the techs that showed up, I’m already planning for the next preventive maintenance on my door.

In thirty minutes, my door was operational again and they serviced it. My garage door is working wonderfully and is much quieter. “Amazing service! I had an issue with one of my garage doors closing after programming the opener to my car. I called the first company I saw on Google to have them come out and not even trouble shoot. but to tell me the unit is shot and I need to purchase a new one. Not only do I need to purchase a new one, but I should also replace the unit that is not having any issues all for just about $1,600. After telling them I am not interested I called Overhead Door Company of The Capital City. They diagnosed the issue over the phone with video. I called Overhead Door Company of the Capital City. They came out that day, helped me get my car out of the garage, pointed out all the faults in my old garage door had that causes it to fail. He was very professional. Absolutely knew his what he was talking about. He helped pick the right color of the new door and arranged to have it installed the next day.
